Abstract
This presentation will provide an exciting view into the emerging trends of technology-enabled solutions for employee wellness programs. We will provide general guidance and specific advice on what types of safety, cost, and productivity benefits an employer can expect to realize by implementing a state of the art wellness program. We will show examples of specific technologies, devices, programs, and services and best known practices that are available now and on the near term horizon that can be used to create a competitive advantage by optimizing the health, safety, and productivity of their employees. We will also show some recent results from leading edge and early adopter companies.
