Abstract :
Urban Lifeline System is the foundation of modern cities. For the urban lifeline system, by taking gas pipeline as the study object, the System of Risk Assessment for City Gas was established which is based on application requirements, using GIS and REST technology. The system aimed to study on the function and the frame structures of the application system, the data model of pipelines and the risk analysis of city gas. The technology tools of risk management and emergency response for the gas management was given.
