  • Abstract
    In the circumstance of UG, By using UG/Open GRIP cycloidal rotor pump was developed, and the cycloida pump´s rotor parametric design was realized. The 3D mode was built by inputting the parameters such as tooth number round radius, etc. The visualization and automation of design process were realized also. According to the model cycloidal pump fluid characteristics were analysed by using Pumplinx. Furthermore, in terms of the analytical results, the rotor was optimizing designed. The whole design process realized virtualization, greatly shortened the cycle of design Consequently, the design efficiency was improved.
