  • Abstract
    Increasing power capability is the basic measure to solve the power shortage problem that corresponded with the economy development. But in order to avoid the peak load, it is unscientific and inefficient to add generating equipment blindly, and it even wastes resources and pollutes environment. This paper, based on the spot price, integration resource optimal network (IRON) and embedded technology, designs a flexible interruptible load model (FILM) to reflect the initiate responds of consumer to the spot price, and achieves the motive for moving peak and filling valley with efficiently exploiting existed capability. Via simulation, the paper finally illustrates the advantage of the model between the consumer, supplier and producer, and lead to a multi-win conclusion.
