  • Abstract
    Based on the virtual instrument technology and the modularized method, the motorcycle wheel speed sensor durability test system was finished in this paper. The testing principle, hardware and software modules of the system ware introduced, the software design process, parameter settings and so on ware also introduced. The motor consecutive rotating and stopping was realized automatically in specified time, at the same time, four channels signals ware sampled. Parameters test automation, digital, intelligent were realized, and the test efficiency, accuracy and reliability were improved. The results show that this set of self-developed test system could meet the durability testing requirements of motorcycle wheel speed sensor, besides, the system is advantageous of being short cycle, low cost, good opening and so on.
