Abstract :
Estimation to civil aviation information system can improve the working efficiency and decrease the operation cost. This paper analyzes the importance of civil aviation management information system construction and its civil aviation feature, points out eight estimation attributes of this kind of system, then provides one kind of estimation method based on an EWAA(Enhanced Weight Arithmetic Average) operator, which establishes an estimation attribute set, a weight vector, and an estimation matrix. After that, a queue vector is acquired and the best optimized project is gotten. Finally, the availability of this method is validated by the estimation example among four management information systems of civil aviation enterprises.
