Abstract :
The remnant polarization and fatigue properties of poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoethylene) [P(VDF-TrFE)] copolymer at room temperature have been investigated. It is revealed that the sandwiched structure shows a better prominent ferroelectric properties than the samples without interlayer even as the thickness of P(VDF-TrFE) film is reduced to 50 nm, accompanying the fatigue improvement from 1× 104 to 1 × 107 cycles of switching. It suggests the functional interlayer is proposed to improve the ferroelectric properties of P(VDF-TrFE) copolymer film by comparing experiment data.
