Abstract :
According to the function of Palletized Loading System(PLS) and the operation principle of automatic loading mechanism, a fuzzy controller is designed with two input variables and one output variable in it and is achieved via the method of off-line inference and on-line looking up table in Programmable Logic Controller(PLC). The fuzzy controller is used to control the PLC´s PWM signal and then control the moving speed of the automatic loading mechanism. Thereby smooth operation can be ensured. The test shows that the effect accords with anticipative goal.
