Abstract :
For the wide spread use of digital image monitoring system, using surveillance image overlay infrared direct signal, we achieve a new method of sensing detection. The method is to superimpose the sensor information which contains the infrared image signal on the monitor image screen, through the local gray-level analysis, and the method is an infrared target enhancement based on the the image subtraction, gray mean and variance change. By searching for local energy maxima as seed points, using seeded region growing algorithm to goals and background separation, and we extract the sensor information contained in target finally. Through the detection of the substation external device heat fault tests and applications, we achieve satisfactory results.
