Research and Device Development on Gap Adjustment Automatically for Key Parts of Offset Machine

Aiming to the disadvantages of traditional manual mechanical adjustment for gaps between key parts of offset machine, a method for gaps adjusting automatically was proposed and a design for adjusting device was formed. In this research, the principle of adjustment automatically was illustrated, the hardware configuration of adjustment automatically system was designed and the functions and flow of control software were described. The method of automatic adjustment for gap in offset machine can simplify the operations and has practical significance.
