Abstract :
In this paper we consider multiuser communication systems in which coded continuous-phase modulation (CPM) is used. Users share the same spectrum through a frequency-division multiple access (FDMA) scheme in which a tight intercarrier frequency spacing is used in order to achieve a high spectral efficiency. As a consequence, each user link experiences intercarrier interference (ICI). We propose a new iterative method for inter-carrier interference (ICI) cancellation and exploit it to design adaptive multiuser frequency-multiplexed CPM systems that achieve a high spectral efficiency.
