Abstract :
This paper presents a new single chip Timing Generator (TG) LSI for CCD Image Sensor. On this LSI, there are three PLL circuitry that realizes to support more than ten kinds of CCD, two kinds of TV. And external synchronization is available. The TG LSH is designed to be applied to a Single-CCD Digital Color Camera System such as a handy video camcorder and CCTV (Closed Circuit TeleVision) camera.
