  • Abstract
    By the use of screen-printing technique and Ag/Pd paste, a miniature dual-band (2.4/5.4 GHz) CPW-fed monopole ceramic antenna is developed on the Al2O3 ceramic substrate. The proposed antenna is composed of a λ/2 central monopole microstrip and a pair of meander-typed loadings. The measured characteristics of antenna (frequencies, radiation patterns, return losses, -10 dB impedance bandwidth, and antenna gains) are presented and suitable for the applications of modern wireless communication systems.
