Abstract :
When monitoring sound data streams that are broadcasted over the Internet, large quantities of data have to be processed in real-time. Since the variability of these voice data is great, classical voice processing algorithms cannot be applied in real-time monitoring. We have created a fast pattern recognizing algorithm before and now modified it to enable us to implement the algorithm using the Altera FPGA and ATMEL fpSLIC circuits.
