Abstract :
Voltage reference circuits are used to generate constant voltage using on-chip components. When these circuits are used in high resolution ADC and high accuracy charge pumps, the accuracy of voltage reference becomes the critically important parameter. Several methods have been suggested for high accuracy voltage reference design. In this paper, we present novel method for compensating higher order temperature coefficient of bandgap based voltage references circuit.
