  • Abstract
When making decisions, all indices need to be appraised and compared to select the optimum project. However, planners working in power system often choose what they like according to their experiences. To get more reasonable results, comprehensive consideration of projects themselves is very necessary. So overall benefits and costs are analyzed first, such as, DG fixed costs, variable costs, customers´ outage loss and projects advantages. And then a multi-attribute decision model is provided, which comprehensively considers both decision makers´ subjective preference and projects´ own impersonal attributes. Tests show that this method can get the optimum result and make the decision more reasonable.
