Abstract :
Identification to the structural vulnerability with a consideration to the physical and operational characteristics of electric power grid through networks data mining based on complex networks theory was suggested in this paper. A directed-weighted topological model of power grid based on P-Q networks decomposition was proposed, and the calculation to direction and weight of lines were presented. A few new definitions such as the shortest electrical path and others networks parameters were given and average contributiveness, a new network parameter, are suggested. On the basis of that, networks data mining to power grid was carried out. Results of a numerical example showed that the model was more suitable to depict characteristics of power grid, and consideration to the direction of running state variable and the weight of transmission line effectively improved calculation precision. Meanwhile, it was verified that the method was rational and available. Networks data mining had been a new important analysis tool to power grid study.
