Introduction of security assessment system based on grid technology in power network

Grid technology is one of new distributed computing technology. It is suitable for solving the problem of massive date, huge information, complex models and large calculation. It is an effective way to make power system operate safe by combining grid technology with supervision technology in power system. Brief introduction and research of security assessment system is proposed in this paper. The architecture of security assessment system is indicated also.
