Abstract :
The 10~35kV switchgear cabinet, in the current production and power system running, has been installed with the isolation baffle plate that can shield electrical part, but has not been designed to be installed with closed lock device that prevent the baffle plate opening during the checking and repairing. Therefore, the existing security measure completely depend on the personnel´s security consciousness and supervision and the accident has happened. In this article, we analyze the current design disfigurement of switchgear cabinet, and hereby introduce a closed lock device that can reliably close the isolation baffle plate to prevent people incorrectly opening to touch electrical part. It not only make up the design disfigurement of anti-mistake of switchgear cabinet without changing the run operation process and affecting the, but also add the device of enforcement for the safety rule be profitable to anti-mistake, add protection for personnel safety.
