  • Abstract
A new Business Model for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations is proposed. Its main contents are the derivative products and value-added service. The power derivatives products are the kinds of current under the charging mode specification. The value-added services include the services of battery testing and fast swap and V2G contract management. Through comparative analysis of traditional business model, concluded that the new business model is more compatible, and is conducive to promoting the electric vehicle industry.
