Abstract :
A new intelligent algorithm, improved particle swarm optimization algorithm, is presented to handle optimal substation locating problem. Simulated annealing and mutation operator will be considered to introduce in this PSO algorithm, so it guarantee the multiplicity of colony in the computational initial period and enhance the optimization decimal of the algorithm in the later period. The paper firstly introduces the geographic information as Metadata factor into the model. Through an analysis of the examples, the paper finally provides a reference to the distribution network planning and construction.
