Abstract :
According to the current evaluation and assessment on high energy metering device to measure the existing problems, this paper puts forward the applied voltage measurement error energy metering device verification test system online and the high voltage measurement device measuring results of assessment and evaluation method to solve energy metering, long to develop professional high energy metering device test and measurement error of the assessment online assess the critical question. Through the preliminary experiments prove that USES this site testing method and technique and its evaluation, evaluation method to realize the safety check test voltage electricity measurement device, the measurement result error for high voltage measurement device to measure the results of evaluation and assessment, and ensure the working conditions in the field of accuracy and reliability, create the necessary conditions, laid solid foundation.
