Abstract :
Energy Mechanism Conservation (EMC) is a successful internationally-run energy efficiency financing mode. This mode promotes a new energy efficient financial management method instead of selling products or techniques. In this mode, the Energy Service Company (ESCO) signs contracts with customers (enterprises or organizations) who shall pay for the cost of energy efficiency program in accordance with energy conservation during the contract term, and the two parties shall share financing risks together. Yangzhou Coal Quality Inspection Service Center (ESCO) runs outstanding EMC for enterprises like Jiangsu Yin Bao Industry Co., Ltd and Gao You Jing Wei Textile Co., Ltd. This paper conducts case analysis of EMC in Jiangsu Yin Bao Industry Co., Ltd, elaborates problems encountered in the implementation of EMC and puts forward suggestions so as to have EMC well-received by companies with its scientific and reasonable marketing.
