Abstract :
In a traditional substation, when a failure in microprocessor-based line protection device in a hardware is detected, such as RAM error, EPRAM error and set the value of an error, the power failure protection devices such circumstances would be out of operation. With the device out of operation, the related line protection devices have to quit running, thereby reducing the reliability and continuity of the power supply. In the Hanzhong Xinyuan Digital Substation GOOSE network through the use of a 110kV line protection to achieve redundancy, that is, two line protection using only a single protection of the realization of two pairs of double-line protection configuration, Any one out of Line Protection Device for some reason, run-time redundancy protection fault protection device can immediately put into operation an alternative. To ensure the normal operation of the power supply line, the method is currently the country first.
