  • Abstract
    Based on clarifying the feature of power supply and consumption in the new Beichuan county, this paper establishes the whole framework of building the Strong Smart Grid and the main design point in transmission, substation, distribution, dispatching, communication, etc. This paper also elaborates the key technologies of building smart grid in self-healing distribution network, complete communication system, smart SCADA system and the utilization of new power supply and consumption facility, etc. At last, the paper looks into the future of building smart gird in the new Beichuan county.
