Abstract :
This paper introduces the major focus for the service-oriented provincial-centralized transmission-distribution-integrated GIS platform, its architecture, application deployment and key technology. Based on versioned power system model and graphics repository on Oracle, independent from third-party GIS software, the system provides spatial information application server of real-time performance, network builder and WebGIS control component. For optimal performance, the database storage has been optimized and smart incremental client cache has been implemented.
