Abstract :
Function group decomposition thought is proposed in this paper. The function group decomposition is a process which decomposes electrical network into topological structure of function groups, according to the extent of main protection for system element. Based on function group decomposition thought, a reliability evaluation models considering both substation bus arrangement and high voltage distribution network structure is produced. System of systemic index and node index is also brought forward. Based power flow computation and optimization theory, a reliability evaluation algorithm is established, which reflects system failure behaviors and optimized adjustment behaviors. The above method is utilized in reliability evaluation of Urumqi HVDN structure schemes in 2015. The related research indicated that the results by this method are credible. The method has good application prospect.
