Abstract :
Loads in the urban power grid are complex. Dynamic loads with large-capacity have great effect on voltage stability of the urban power grid. Load models are established with statistical synthesis. Simulations show the conservativeness of static model. Then, simulations and analysis are done based on dynamic integrated load model in the case of different load compositions, different fault locations and different fault clearing times. The results show that large proportion of rotating load, short distance between fault and external equivalent source and long fault standing time will make negative effect on voltage stability of the urban power grid.
