Abstract :
IEC 61970 is the international standard of the control center´s intercommunion. On the basis of this standard, we analyzed the specialty of model combination, and discussed specially for its key technologies, including model verify based on electric system rules, equipments´ distinguish with control precinct based on borders define, and creating the increment model based on the model difference. At the same time, we discussed a model management on the base of editions for the model combination´s application. At last, there is an introduction for achievement of model combination´s progress in China now.
