  • Abstract
Beijing Products Quality supervision and inspection institute proposed Automotive Test Center, the programs of the test transformer substation connecting into power system have been compared in this paper. Low Voltage impulse test has shown its influence on the energy quality of the system voltage. The range of voltage sag is rested with the test capacity, the larger of the capacity the bigger of the range. PSD power system analysis software is used to simulate the transient voltage drop of the impulse test, simulation results show that the 110kV side of system bus voltage transient dropping meet the national standards in program II in which a 110kV step-down substation is built by customers.
