Abstract :
Distribution network, as the terminal of the power transmission and distribution system, is directly connected to the power clients, the power supply reliability of which is directly related to the satisfaction of the clients´ power demands. Pre-arranged power interruption and fault-caused power interruption are the two direct factors that affect the supply reliability of the urban distribution network. With overall-planning and other technologies, the influence of the pre-arranged interruption can be avoid, while that of the fault-caused interruption is unavoidable, due to irresistible force, yet the loss can be minimized by effective actions. In this paper, a method to improve city distribution network power supply reliability, based on distribution network optimization, synthetic maintenance and digitalization is proposed, which has certain significance to city distribution network planning and operation, and can also be consulted by agricultural distribution network according to local power demands in regions.
