Abstract :
The online temperature measurement technology in 110kV seabed cable to Changxing Island is analyzed. Since its load is on a high level for long term, especially at the seabed cable pipelining section which is the bottleneck of the circuit, the distributed fiber temperature measurement system is adopted in 110kV double-circuit seabed cable pipelining section to measure the temperature online in order to further improve the real-time monitoring level. It acquires the real-time temperature and current for the cable core temperature calculation, pre-alarm and dynamic rating calculation. When this system is put into operation, the operation data are in accordance with the real situation. The monitoring level on the seabed cable is greatly improved to provide technical base for dispatching center to handle the peak demand rating.
