Abstract :
Firstly, based on motor learning theory, this paper undertook detailed and comprehensive introduction into the locked-rotor characteristic and its process of asynchronous motor, and analyzes the general criterion for the asynchronous motor stalling. Discussing deeply the protection circuit design of the asynchronous motor stalling, then the control circuit is given and the parameters of each component are selected. The parameter determination is based on rigorous theoretical analysis. With Orcad software simulation, the results prove that the design is correct.
