Abstract :
This paper deals with the problem of data transfer that incurs the congestion and resource allocation problems in between server and client. There are several modes of algorithms and approaches to solve this. But they are intended to face the problem in case of a client accessing the server for long time and the resource is to be in blocked stage for quite period. In this technique they are set a time meter for each and every client in server and the quantum time is to be calculated in picoseconds. The switching the control between the clients is to be made through AMJD approach. The Advanced Multi Junk discarding algorithm checks the condition of resource needed and the data in need for the completion of the request of the client. And with the value they are to discard connection between clients and server for time interval of picoseconds. This plays vital role in controlling congestion and resource allocation problems.
