Abstract :
In this paper, to the issue of early warning radar weak moving target detection, firstly, a blind signal processing technology for clutter suppression is proposed to effectively separate weak target signal from strong background clutter. Then an improved dynamic programming method is proposed. This method, based on characteristics of incoming targets, can significantly reduce computation. Simulation results show that this method can effectively detect weak moving targets in strong clutter background.
