Abstract :
Cognitive style, influenced by gender and former learning history of the learner and so on, gradually formed with various factors combined, is personalized way of distinguishing, processing and storing information. Therefore foreign language teaching should comply with the learner´s gender characteristics of their cognitive styles, respect its differences, adopt matching teaching strategies, Network and multimedia technologies should be adopted to promote personalized teaching to enable all the learners to become successful foreign language learners.
