Abstract :
This paper sets up 53 actors´ relation model, researches the basic characteristics and innovative capabilities of the cluster of the software industry in Guangzhou by using the method and the software of social network analysis based on the quantitative analysis of 53 actors. Last, the paper puts forward some suggestions for decision makers how to advance innovative capabilities of the cluster of the software industry in Guangzhou.
