Abstract :
The widespread usage of E-Learning data in recent years has led to an enormous interest in making these data available through the Web. This paper surveys issues and methods for creating meaningful E-Learning web site in order to answer user satisfaction. Initial work in this area is carried out by introducing a standard reference model for the E Learning web site beginning with provide a brief introduction to the E-Learning and defines related terms, in addition to discuss the optimize method to describe E Learning web site. In this paper, we expand on the terms of interactivity and response time specifically , the Need for Speed which report to consider the main issue remain a very real concern today.
