Abstract
This paper treats a new kind of hyperthermia applicator which is designed to combine the powers from two different EM source arrays coupled through a cylindrical cavity; *one source array has the ability to control the operating frequency by adjusting the partially filled cylindrical cavity length (air gap). *the other source array (aperture array) is designed under the operating condition of the previous source. The experiment structure employs coaxial feeding and aperture feedings through waveguides. According to the radius of the cylindrical cavity up to four coaxial feeding and four waveguides has been combined to operate at 2450Mhz.
