Abstract :
This study consists of two steps : analysis of the mechanical behaviour of removable partial dentures with the Finite Element method; and optimization of the dimensioning, the shape and the material of removable partial dentures, so that the abutment teeth be the less loaded and the framework be the most comfortable as possible.
