Abstract :
In this paper we have attempted to establish the physical relationship between the disabled and his work station (machines and tools) . We have also researched into the causes of job losses by the handicapped due to disability or reduction in quality and/or quantity of work. The direct psychological and sociological effects have not been taken into account in our study. Although this research is based on data from a developing country, our findings may also be applied to the developed world.
