Abstract
Our project has been designed to carry out an engine whose main function is to generate specific various applications in rehabilitation in a safe and reliable way. This engine is made up of shape memory alloys which, through the variations of thermal gradient, provide a strain and a force both regulated by LabView (virtuel instrument engineering workbench) a medical device software, in an on-off close loop.
