Abstract :
At present, Thai e-Tailer discover a chance for operating their business in popularly type of virtual merchant via internet channel. Unfortunately, Thai e-Tailer faces to a problem concerning to the low level of trust for making an internet activity in view point of customer. Therefore, this document studied to e-Tailer: virtual merchant regarding to common threat and technological solution on e-Tailer who have characteristic of virtual merchant in word wide country for compile to representative interview guideline in actual data set. These interview contents are compromised to rule base system design under fuzzy logic model involving with cyber problem, properly solution from vendor, IT auditor and government agency suggestion that according to law/act and industry standard on risk management features for finding security solution and procedure an e-Tailer: virtual merchant vulnerable points. Those components are summarized to the conceptual framework of flexible security rule base system for Thai e-Tailer: virtual merchant in order to represent a rule base guideline into Thai e-Tailer who strives to collect a modern solution that can protect virtual retail shop from contemporary threat for improving customer level of trust to take online transaction on communication channel. Eventually, this framework can be adopted for further analysis e-Commerce security model later.
