Abstract :
The new class of radial basis functions on the basis of the theory of the atomic functions (AF) [1-9] is consider. As it known [2-5, 7-9] that AF are the solutions of functional differential equations with shifted argument with compact support. The important thing is their smoothness and high speed of convergence of their basis. On their basis radial Kravchenko wavelet are constructed. Examples of filtering and wavelet-analysis of the radial signals are presented.
