Abstract :
Based on the analysis of Chinese statistical data, the fact is drawn that Chinese urbanization is developing rapidly with Chinese national economic growth. At the end of the period of Chinese Twelfth Five-year Program (2011-2015), the proportion of urban population of China could exceed the average one of the world, though it still lag behind the global average now. As the development of urbanization of China, people are concentrating to urban rapidly, and the housing shortage arises. The housing Industrialization can satisfy the people´s increasing demand for housing in city. Despite the good economic and technological conditions have been reached, but the level of Chinese housing Industrialization is still low. The low-carbon economy also requires China to develop housing Industrialization to reduce the energy consumption and the pollution, and to improve people´s living environment. In order to promote the development of the housing Industrialization of China, the steel moment frame with Interior Leaning columns and hinged beams in residential buildings was introduced in this paper. This new style structure system has the advantages of lower cost and better performance. It can match the development of the housing Industrialization of China.
