Abstract
This paper describes an integration scheme to efficiently evaluate near strongly singular integrals that involve the gradient of Helmholtz-type potentials. The proposed scheme is based on singularity cancellation techniques, where the original integration domain is subdivided into a disk and sub-triangles. The reported numerical results show the high achievable accuracy using a low order Gauss-Legendre quadrature.
