Abstract :
A frequency reconfigurable Planar Invert F Antenna (RPIFA) is proposed. Starting at an initial antenna with triangular patch are made up of parts of the triangle is smaller. When converting this section the center or axis of rotation, different structures are obtained. Corresponding to the geometry, such as rectangular, square... the antenna´s frequency range covers from 2GHz to 3.5GHz. In this paper, we also develop an automatic embedded Genetic Algorithm (GA) in CST tool for multiple antenna parameters optimization. The novel RPIFA antenna is designed optimized and implemented using the developed GA model. The simulation and measurement results of antenna parameters are compared to show the performance of the developed antenna.
