Abstract
The National Centre for Technological Developments (CDT) has developed a new anechoic chamber that is unique in Spain due to its very large operating bandwidth and will be used primarily for the assembly, integration and verification of new and existing receivers at the CDT´s 40 meter and 14 meter telescopes. It will also be opened for the I+D community interested in antenna design and measurement. In this paper the main characteristics of the system are presented. The results of the acceptance test are shown and the first measurements are discussed.
