Abstract :
This paper presents a research conducted in public and private hospitals and clinics located at the Brazilian Federal District about electrocardiographs, focusing on the management of this technology. The data collected from the health care establishments showed weakness in the activities of acquisition planning, acquisition, user training, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance.
