Abstract :
During the running of air pre-heater, if temperature of the heating surface is lower than that of flue gas atomization, sulfuric acid vapor in the flue gas would condense on the heating surface, and corrode the surface, thus affecting the boiler´s output and reducing its performance efficiency. In response to this phenomenon, Haibowan Power Plant used hot air recirculation technology to increase air pre-heater inlet air temperature and maintained good economic benefits.
